Dossier : State, public policies and rural extension from a gender perspective
Main Article Content
Abstract
The papers contained in this dosier capture the dialogues between the state and gender relations from a situated perspective, from different rural territories in Latin America. They address a wide variety of public policies linked to different types of rural subjects, at different scales, and consider the role that state agents develop in these territories. From a critical and gender-sensitive perspective, this dosier serves as a space for reflection on the processes of design, access, and implementation of public policies, as well as on experiences in rural extension, capturing both their potential and their tensions, contradictions, and ambiguities.
